That's really rough. Maybe try sitting down and having a mature conversation with him and your mother. Compromise something, like offer to do more chores for the later curfew, or say that no matter where you go, you will call him and let him know you made it safely once you get there. If that doesn't work, I hate to say, but there isn't much you can do until you move out on your own. I mean, you can LEGALLY do what you want to, he can't call the cops on you for being out too late if you're nineteen. But he CAN kick you out. Despite his over-protective tendencies and strict rules, it IS still his house, and you are still under his roof.
