I want to get abs and pecs normally with no fast plan. Im not in a rush. Right now im 14 years old, 5'-9" and weigh 135 pounds. Im not fat at all but im not like super skinny or anything. What are some workouts I can do? Also im getting in marching band my freshman year and am on bass 4 in the drum line. Does that help me gain any muscle? Thanks!
