How can I start getting toned and ripped by 2012?Please read details.?

So my goal by the new year is to completely change my body. I need a complete lifestyle guide, what I mean by this is I need a schedule of exercises and muscle groups I need to workout each day. I need a list of foods I can eat, and a list of foods I cannot eat. I also need additional info about getting my veins to pop in my arms, getting my abs to show more into a 6 pack (I already have a 2 pack) and ways to get pecs without use of a gym or barbells.
