Xtians: What's the difference between "worship" and "reverence"?

Well, I think that worship means to reverence on a deeper level. To me, the terms share some degree of similarity. To worship means to "bow down to," or "acknowledge the authority of" in my opinion. To reverence is to deeply respect, whereas to worship is to not only deeply respect, but to acknowledge the power of something or someone.
