Hey whats up yahoo answers people I need someone to write me a workout plan. I'm 16 years old 5 foot 10 inches and only about 120 lbs. I'm really thin and need to put on Some weight and muscle. I don't work out regularly and all the food I eat is really unhealthy ****, I can never seem to gain much weight even when I eat a lot. I have a home Gym and free Weights So equipment isn't a problem, all I really want is abs, pecs, biceps, Upper body Stuff, ya kno Stuff that will get You laid HaHa. Go!!!
