What is the average size for a 14-year-old boy?

I am 6 feet tall and 130 pounds. I know I'm skinny, but I have pecs and a six-pack, and I'm only 14. I wear a size 11 shoe, if that helps with anything, and I was just wondering whether I am large for my age, or what other boys are.
