Skinny kid wants to be ripped?
im 16 and im 5'8 or 9 im 120 pounds and im have a faint six pack and decent arms for my size probably from the creatien in my protein powder but as soon as it hits my ribs its just flat with only small pecs i just need some meal plans and work out plans to do i want to work out lots this summer for the next school year. so please help i got protein powder/weigh gainer which i already gained 5 pounds and kept it, i useally do dumbell exercises and crunches cardo once a night but thats all i got at my house so im considering getting a gym membership but please help i hate being skinny and i want fast results!!!!!
