Movie buffs....I need help with this early eighties film. Do you know the name of it?

There was a movie that I saw a while back. I can't remember the title to save my life. The movie was set in London. It was a murder mystery. This english gentleman was a connoisseur of cuisine. But for some reason all of his favorite chefs were getting murdered. The english guy was kind of unhealthy from all the food and I think he was told that he had hardening of the arteries. Turned out that his maid/personal assistant committed the murders because she didn't want him to continue to eat what his favorite chefs would cook and die. If anyone has any idea as to what I'm speaking of...please help. Thanks
