Is he in love with me?

I met this guy and we clicked, he liked me alot and in 2 days he told me he might be falling for me, so i was like um okay? And then he said that he cant say that he loves me yet becuase its way too early, and i totally agreed. But then two days after that he tells me i love you and talks with me about the future and about kids he wants with me and tells me what to name them and he is really sweet. And then he goes to japan to visit his family and he tells them about me and they want to meet me, and we talk throw skype the first days but then i dont know it got weird, he never starts to say hi when he loggs in, i always do that and then i have to wait alot for his replay. I just dont know ... he is really sweet,cute,hot and such a gentleman and despite our cultural differences (he is japanese and im halfblack half white) he really says he loves me. And i dont know if maybe he is too busy to talk with me because of the 9 hour time difference between us, the fact that im in the middle of sleeping when he is in the middle of working and vice versa. does he love me?
