Best place to live for Severly Autisic child for ABA therapy IN SCHOOL?

We live in western,NC now & it is horrible. They do the TEACCH program here & it just hasn't worked for him ever. He is now 9&1/2 yrs old. Completely Non-verbal. He has NO form of communication, PECS, signs or speech. He has severe behaviors because of this. His school called me in for a meeting to inform me today that the Speech Ther. & OT are dropping him in school (his 30 MINUTES/wk) because he just gets upset & they can't do anything for him. It is TIME TO GO FROM NC!!! He used to go to a private ABA school in Colorado, when my husband was in the ARMY there. He signed 5 signs in the 4 months he was there but stopped when we left & NOTHING since. Husband was med. discharged because of knees, we tried to fight it but were denied so we had to get out of ARMY & come home. Can Anyone tell me the best places for ABA IN SCHOOL? We can't afford it at home but he is in DIRE need of it. My husband will try to find a job where ever it is. We don't have much family here anymore & the ones we do have can't/wont help with him so we are completely on our own. Thanks so much for any help you can give me. WE ARE DESPERATE!!!
