I'm just gunna put it out there, I'm bony, too skinny. I don't feel good about myself when I take my shirt off. The only parts of my body I am not comfortable with are my shoulders and my pecs. If I had less bony shoulders and bigger pecs I would be complete. Any help on those 2 muscles? Any routines? Should I work out everyday? How much protein shake should I intake. Anything will help. Thanks bros!
