Preferably in my triceps, biceps, shoulders, back, calfs, pecs and abdominal. I already have a 4 pack, but i have to flex for you to see it. I need muscle for football season and i live next to the beach so i gotta show off for all the chicks. Unfortunately i don't live near a gym. All i have are some dumbbells so all i got to work with in terms of equipment. Any ideas of things i can do (push ups, curls) and a workout schedule in order to help me gain serious muscle fast.
