If i want to get ripped in 2 months.....?

If i want to get ripped in 2 months (and yes i do have the dedication and commitment) would i have to lift heavy with low reps or light with high reps. Im 16 (male), 163lbs, 5'11". Im already a bigger than most kids my age (muscle wise, especially my pecs) since i use to workout a year a ago and then stopped. Also if i need to lift light how strong i am depends on how light i have to lift, right?
