I worked out for the first time in a while and I'M SO SORE?
alright so yesterday i went to workout for the first time in a while because i've been going through a hard time but started to feel alot better. but anyways i love working out but since i have'nt done it in a while i went I did a simple workout i ran a 1.33 of a mile, and did a couple of machines 12 reps each it was'nt that hard but the day after my whole body felt sore especially in that area on the other side of your elbow felt crazy sore like painful and i couldn't even stretch my arm out all the way straight the rest of my body felt sore to. and i tried running and my pecs, my arms, hurt and i'ts been two days and i feel the same should I continue working out or wait till i don't feel as sore.
