How many times a year do you visit a lost loved one at the cememtery?

I am a student doing a research paper on ancestor reverence and how it has changed across cultures from ancient to modern times. Right now I am focusing on America. Please answer with a specific number, and yes, that number can be 0. Also, if you rarely visit the cemetery a reason why would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
