Would like to know about an old newspaper we found..?

A friend and I were cleaning for an older gentleman and came across an old newspaper announcing the call to war the day of the attack on Pearl Harbor. We were wondering how much it might be worth. It is in very good condition and not even very yellowed like most older newspapers. It was in the back of a book and guess that the book had not been opened very much. We would LOVE to get some feedback on this.
