Need to build up my arms? Please* help. :l?

Have a friend hel you train or just do this by your self. On the first day in the morning do 5 pushups. On the second day do 6 pushups. Eventually over time you should notice that your arms will be a lot stronger. I am 12 years old and in gymnastics. After using this trick this morning I did 50 pushups and didn't break a sweat. :) try it
