There are certain areas on my body that have more fat than I would like but I don't know how to work it off in those areas. One is on my side...I'm pretty sure they're called love handles. I've also got the little pouch below my belly button. And also around the pecs. What are ways I can exercise and target those areas to burn the fat off...I'm only 17 and I don't want them to get worse by the time I'm 35...please help!!
