Muscle recovery question?

So 2 days ago I did upper body, workout, including abs, biceps, pecs, triceps and forearms. To start with I didn't spend much time stretching before or after but I have rested my body a ton and eaten a lot of healthy food and protein. The pain is mainly in areas I had started to put more focus on (pecs and triceps). But the point is I am still sore as heck! Just every movement hurts it, did not properly stretching make the soreness worse? Or is it just the muscles got sort of a "surprise"?

Do I have a chance with this girl? Please help, gentlemen and ladies?

You do have a chance with her - she tells you things that she normally wouldn't discuss with strangers right? That means that you're really easy to talk to. You guys sounds like really good friends even though you've known each other shortly. I say keep this thing going - it's good. Keep talking to her, listening to her, etc. When she breaks up with her boyfriend, be her shoulder to cry on (if she needs one). Then this friendship will turn into a relationship if you guys want it to, and everything will work out. This sounds like a promising relationship - good luck!

How do I get a job as a cocktail waitress at a gentlemen's club?

I live in Indiana. I'm 19 with a liquor license I'd just like a little help with what to do/how to act before I walk in there and look stupid?

Do Catholics break God's number one commandment, or not?

Veneration means to "honor" someone, and we Catholics certainly do honor the one woman in the history of the human race who cooperated in God's plan of salvation in such a singular and essential way - bringing the Savior of mankind into the world! The Bible says all generations will call her blessed! But we certainly do not worship her. Worship of anyone other than God Himself would be a form of idolatry, as clearly explained in the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Idolatry is described there as "incompatible with Christian life". Yes, adoration IS the same as worship. We do not adore/worship anyone but God. We venerate or honor the saints. A statue is not an idol unless you worship it, and Catholics do not pray either TO statues or THROUGH statues (whatever that means), so there are no idols in the Catholic Church.

What would it take, for people of all faiths, to see that Islam is the truth?

Well i dunno about for people of all faiths, but for those of us of no faiths, evidence would be the best way to convince.

Why do the anti-gun zealouts claim that?

Weapons make it easier to kill people. People kill people. Whenever a weapon is more efficient (like bombs, machine guns) more people die. Sure it is people's fault not the bomb's, but the fact remains.

Most sexy muscles on a Man?

Abs. Definatly. They are a HUGE turn on. But at the same time, we dont like a guy with perfect abs and nothing else, so you have to make sure you have a little bit of everything.
