So 2 days ago I did upper body, workout, including abs, biceps, pecs, triceps and forearms. To start with I didn't spend much time stretching before or after but I have rested my body a ton and eaten a lot of healthy food and protein. The pain is mainly in areas I had started to put more focus on (pecs and triceps). But the point is I am still sore as heck! Just every movement hurts it, did not properly stretching make the soreness worse? Or is it just the muscles got sort of a "surprise"?
