Currently, i wouldnt say im too fat..but i am chunky...like my pecs when not flexed are very squishy and i cant wear tight shirts...i am definitely thick in the stomach area...but sideways i do have a flat stomach. My arms are not toned at all. I basicaly want to get a sexy body by August 10 or around then. Including toned arms, nice abs, pecs, and back. What should i do for this? P90x, insanity, or personal trainer in the gym to teach me then me by myself. To clarify im not really interested in becoming "strong" more looking "sexy" with pretty muscle.
