How to deal with people who won't settled down and be quiet in church?

That is disrespectful, particularly when other people are trying to enjoy the service. I'm afraid there's not much you can do apart from have a word with the Pastor/Priest/Vicar. Maybe he could include the value of silence in worship as part of his next sermon? (And no, I'm not laughing at you, I'm serious).
