ANBODY ANSWER PLEASE HELP?

Ive been skinny like my WHOLE LIFE. Im very active. Monday, tuesday are soccer pratice. Saturday is tournment or game. Sunday is a intensive pratice with a pro soccer player who played on the national german team and was in 2 world cups. Im very active and have alot of endurance but i recently broke my wrist playing soccer so i put on some fat. Ive been putting more on and on and i have a bad diet since i am moving to a different house in a different country so i can only eat fast food nothing that takes hours to prepare like we normally have. I usually never eat breakfast and have a moderate dinner and lunch. I snack alot on bad foods but usually i burn my calories and stay at a healthy weight. Im about 102-104 lbs and im 4 foot 11 inches. Im 14 years old and i think im getting ready for a growth suprt. Im now putting on fat so im densing up. Im not like out of breath or anything but i dont have a six-pack or pecs. Im very weak at my upperbody. I can lift about 400 pounds with my legs. No im not trolling. I just want to know if the exccess fat on my body can contribute to me growing and me thinning out because thats exactly what happeend with my friend. He was chubby his whole life and now he went through his growth spurts and his voice is deep and he has a visible six pack and pecs and things. Im jsut very self-concious about my body which i think is kind of wierd. just to note again, IM NOT OUT OF SHAPE OR FAT. I have about a handful of fat on my stomach which turns into like one roll when i sit down. I just want to be like my friend. I am also a very late bloomer because my mother was late and my dad was below 5 feet going into college. Please no silly answers and 10 points to the best thought up answer that will help me.
